Sign-in and password
This page explains how to sign in and sign out, and how to reset your password if you forget it.
On the sign-in page, enter your email address and password, and click "Sign in".
The first time you sign in (with the temporary password), you are asked to set a new password. For the steps, see Create an account.
If you forget your password
- On the sign-in page, click "Forgot your password?".
- Enter the email address you registered and click "Send email".
- You will receive an email for resetting your password. Click the "Reset password" button in the email.
- Enter a new password (8 or more characters) twice and click "Reset password".
- When "Your password has been reset" appears, sign in with your new password.
Sign out
Open the account menu at the top right of the screen and click "Sign out". You can also sign out with the "Sign out" button at the bottom of the account settings page.
Account settings
Open "Account settings" from the account menu at the top right of the screen to do the following.
- Language: Choose the language of the app and of emails from Monjiro: "Automatic", "日本語" or "English". "Automatic" follows your browser's language setting.
- Theme: Choose the app's color scheme: "System", "Light" or "Dark". The theme you choose is saved in this browser. "System" follows your operating system's setting.
- MCP: Manage connections that let AI tools such as Claude Code read and write your documentation (review and revoke apps connected by signing in, and issue MCP tokens). For details, see MCP integration.
Change the language
- Open "Account settings" from the account menu at the top right of the screen.
- Under "Language", choose the language you want. The screen switches to that language right away.
The language setting applies to the app and to emails from Monjiro (such as notices about payments and your monthly AI answers). It does not change the language of your documents' public sites. To publish your public site in more than one language, see Publish in multiple languages.
