Changelog
New features and improvements in Monjiro, newest first. For upcoming features, see the Roadmap.
October 10, 2026
- You can now add "Toggle" blocks to your content. A toggle shows only a one-line summary and opens to show its content when clicked. For details, see Available blocks.
- You can now show a logo in the public site header instead of the document name. You can also set a different logo for each language. For details, see Public site appearance.
- Like other settings, the cover image, favicon and logo now take effect on the public site when you publish the document (the cover image on the document list card and the dashboard appears as soon as you set it).
- When you restore a past version, these images are also restored to that version's.
October 8, 2026
- You can now publish documents in multiple languages (Japanese, English and Spanish). For details, see Publish in multiple languages.
- The Monjiro app can now be shown in English. Switch it under "Language" in account settings.
- With MCP, you can now connect AI tools by signing in, without creating a token (OAuth).
- Add the MCP server URL to an AI tool such as Claude Code, then sign in to Monjiro in your browser and allow the connection. You can review and revoke allowed apps under "Apps connected via MCP" in account settings. For details, see MCP integration.
- You can now restore a document to the content of a past published version.
- Under "Versions" in the editor's "Document" tab, click the version you want to restore, and the working content (pages, and the header, footer, AI chat, page tree and theme settings) is overwritten with that version's content. The published pages do not change, so check the content before publishing.
