  1. The invited person receives an email with a temporary password. They sign in with that email address and the temporary password and set a new password (step 3 onward in Create an account).
You cannot invite an email address that is already registered with Monjiro.

Change a member's role

In the "Users" list, choose a different role in the member's row. The new role takes effect from that member's next action. You cannot change the role of the Owner or your own role.

Remove a member from the organization

  1. In the "Users" list, click the remove button in the member's row.
  2. When the confirmation appears, click "Remove".

A removed member can no longer sign in, effective immediately. The apps that member connected via MCP (apps connected by signing in, and MCP tokens they created) also stop working. You cannot remove the Owner or yourself.

Delete the organization and leave

To stop using Monjiro, delete the organization and leave. Only the organization's Owner can do this.

  1. Click "Delete organization and leave" at the very bottom of the organization settings.
  2. Review what will be deleted, type the organization name to confirm ("delete" if the organization has no name), and click "Delete and leave".

When you leave, the following happens.

  • All documents and public sites are deleted, and the public sites and AI chats embedded in other sites become unavailable immediately.
  • Custom domain settings, MCP connections (apps connected by signing in and MCP tokens) and BYOK API keys are also deleted.
  • All member accounts, including the Owner's, are deleted and can no longer sign in.
  • Paid plans are canceled immediately. The fee for the remaining period is not refunded.
Data is permanently erased after 30 days

After you leave, your data is kept for 30 days in a state where it cannot be viewed, and then permanently erased. If you left by mistake, contact support@kairotech.jp within 30 days; we may be able to restore it. You can also create a new account with the same email address.
